This unique development was formerly two multi-family buildings and our goal was to create one large mixed-use property that required a zoning variance for height. The zoning was approved and in turn, created a single 5-story mixed-use building that included 14 residential units, and 2-large commercial retail spaces.

We managed and operated the property for more than 10-years and was sold in 2010 with the approved plans to build for the next developer.
