The vision created was to create a modern summer beach home for all to enjoy.

We gutted the 3,200 sf property turning it into an upside-down modern beach house and added 7kW of solar panels. The property has everything vacationers are seeking: a private beach only a 5-minute walk with parking pass-coveted beach rights. In addition, we wanted to ensure this place was also accommodating to families in which they included a spacious gourmet kitchen that would delight chefs plus a playground space, pool, hot tub, outdoor grilling, and a fire pit for beautiful summer nights.
